You can register SMARTStickers and customers when you are doing a home visit or let your customers easily self register.

Other than SMARTReminders, you can opt in for other features:

SMARTOnDemand

Some features are only available depending on the SMARTLINK partners.

Step 1 -
Register appliance

Scan the QR code on the SMARTSticker or enter the Unique Appliance Number (UAN) to link the sticker to your SMARTLINK account.

Input the property and appliance details using the appliance identifier tool or by entering the Gas Council Number (GCN) number.

Step 2 -
Enter customer details

Next, enter the address.

If the customer is present, enter their name, email and telephone number. Remember to ask the customer for their permission to share their details with SMARTLINK.

It’s important to note SMARTReminders can only be set up if you enter these details
