When a SMARTAlert is declined, SMARTRefer can be selected to still provide the customer with a solution to their heating problem.
If the customer purchases a cover plan, a reward is added to SMARTRewards.
Basic SMARTRefer
Simply scan a SMARTSticker, add the customer information and select SMARTRefer .
You can earn rewards if the customer later scans the SMARTSticker or when they click the link from a SMARTReminder and purchase a cover plan.
Your customer can select your chosen third party cover plan or select from multiple cover plan providers on marketplace.
Advanced SMARTRefer*
If you want an upfront reward, select a provider to refer your customer to. You’ll receive an immediate reward (‘Now’) and a future reward if the customer purchases a cover plan (‘Future’).
If you don’t want an upfront reward, the customer will choose from the marketplace, and you’ll earn a reward only if they make a purchase.
