SMARTAlerts
Never miss a job request again!
What is a
SMARTAlert?
When a customer scans the SMARTSticker, the engineer receives a digital notification of any service, repair, or replacement required.
How do
SMARTAlerts work?
Step 1
Homeowner scans the QR on the SMARTSticker, directing them to the SMARTLINK platform. The homeowner selects the action required (e.g. ‘Need a repair’).

Step 2
The homeowner confirms their details. Then the homeowner explains the appliance problem to engineer via the description box. Finally homeowner selects ‘Contact your local engineer’.

Step 3
Engineer linked to the scanned SMART Sticker receives a SMARTAlert via email. Engineer selects ‘View SMARTAlert’ from the ‘Dashboard’ to view the job request. Alert provides: Job location, type, appliance, fault code and suggested spare parts to complete the job, before accepting or refering the job.
